Over two decades of experience in building hundreds of high-quality custom homes and other structures in the Dallas-Forth Worth area has provided me with a profound understanding of building construction.
I began building homes in 2001 and became a Texas real estate broker in 2002. Before that, I worked as a lender for a bank, including mortgage loans in the 90s — later becoming the department head and VP of Investments. My extensive knowledge of real estate extends beyond construction, encompassing both financing and the intricate complexities of real estate transactions.
As your home inspector, it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to equip you with the information you need about the condition of the property. I have the experience and knowledge necessary to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home, and the communication skills to convey my findings in a clear manner.
